| Founded
in the early 1980’s, Angerwich Properties
was set up by Richard Bevin as a specialist
residential and commercial property development
and
investment company.
Under the umbrella of
Angerwich Properties, there are a number of
companies specialising in all areas of residential
and commercial property development and investment.
The Angerwich Property Group has undertaken a number of major new build and renovation projects in both Hampshire and Dorset. Their new build work ranges from large projects such as the apartment block in Alum Chine to private houses. Major renovations include Little Dean House in Stockbridge, listed building renovation at Fifehead Manor in Middle Wallop together with smaller private house renovations. Angerwich has a wealth of knowledge of building and planning and has access to a team of Architects and Structural Engineers.
Sanctuary Construction is the building arm of Angerwich and their team of employees provide a friendly and efficient service, working conscientiously to rigorous schedules to ensure building work is completed quickly and efficiently.
